Clear float

Clear float products (Float glass is a sheet of glass made by floating molten glass on a bed of molten metal, typically tin, although lead and various low melting point alloys were used in the past. This method gives the sheet uniform thickness and very flat surfaces. Modern windows are made from float glass):

  • 2mm clear
  • 3mm clear
  • 4mm clear
  • 5mm clear
  • 6mm clear
  • 8mm clear
  • 10mm clear
  • 12mm clear
  • 15mm clear
  • 19mm clear

Patterned glass

Patterned glass(Patterned glass is a kind of decorative translucent glass with embossed patterns on one or both surfaces. Pattern Glass or Decorative Glass or Rolled Glass is generally used where privacy or obscurity is desired but light transmission is still important. With the special property of decoration, patterned glass can allow light to pass through, at the same time, it can also prevent clear view. Usually it transmits only slightly less light than clear glass.

Patterned glass is not-perfectly-smooth structure with different patterns impressed on it. The depth, size and shape of the patterns largely determine the magnitude and direction of reflection. Basically patterned glass has a pattern impressed on one side of the glass which prevents someone from seeing though it, for privacy. Pattern glass can also be ordered in various tints as well. A common application of this sort is when used in privacy walls to separate one room from another:

  • Stippolyte (3mm, 4mm and 6mm)
  • Artic(4mm)
  • Pacific(3mm and 4mm)
  • Amber mystic vue (3.2mm)
  • Amber cathedral (4mm)
  • Green flora (3mm)
  • Blue flora (3mm)

Tinted float glass

Tinted float glass(Tinted float is produced by adding metal oxides during float glass production. The most common colours are grey, bronze, green and blue. Apart from its function in an aesthetic sense, tinted float is primarily designed to reduce solar heat gain, UV and glare inside a building.

Tinted float glass achieves its performance by absorbing solar energy and so is sometimes referred to as heat absorbing glass. This heat absorbing quality means the glass is thermally stressed so some thicker or darker products may need to be toughened to avoid thermal stress breakage.

Tinted float can be processed into heat strengthened, toughened, laminated, curved glass and Insulating Glass Units.

  • 4mm Bronze and Grey
  • 6mm Bronze and Grey
  • 8mm Bronze and Grey
  • 10mm Bronze and Grey
  • 12mm Bronze and Grey

Satinato(Matelux glass is an acid-etched product that combines a satin finish with a neutral, translucent appearance. It filters light and smoothes visual contours, providing obscurity and privacy. Benefits:

  • Acid-etched for a unique satin finish with a fine grain
  • Translucent appearance ensures obscurity and privacy
  • Offers high light transmission—up to 90% depending on glass thickness
  • Low maintenance and stain resistant

The following thickness are available:

  • 8mm
  • 10mm

Low Iron

Low Iron(Low iron glass is ultra clear and provides a higher degree of transparency than clear float glass. This optimum clarity is achieved by removing most of the iron oxide content used to produce glass. Low-iron glass is made using carefully selected raw materials with a naturally low iron content. The melting process is tightly controlled to ensure that the product properties remain consistent:

  • 4mm
  • 6mm
  • 8mm
  • 10mm
  • 12mm
